Enneagram
The Enneagram is a dynamic personality system that outlines nine distinct personality types, each with its core motivations, fears, and growth paths. The Enneagram delves into the unconscious patterns to help us understand the motivation behind our behaviour. When we become aware of our patterns we open up our capacity for choice and can liberate ourselves from unconscious behaviour. This opens up numerous benefits for personal growth and leadership effectiveness.

This same system can be applied to teams to gain clarity into what a team’s strengths and challenges are, what blind spots may be hindering the team’s performance and where their areas of growth lie. Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the state of being present and engaged in the current moment, without judgment or distraction.

Being mindful supports the skilful navigation of the complexities that confront us in our daily lives. It helps us recognise and manage stress to respond mindfully instead of unconsciously reacting to situations and interactions.

When we train the mind to be present, we learn to regulate our emotions and establish a sense of well-being and balance in our lives.
